We offer AA grade material for outsoles in the form of moulded profile (forepart & heel) strips. A wide range of styles is available of which four double strip styles are in permanent stock.

Plain sheet is also in permanent stock in thicknesses from 6.0mm to 12.0mm. We are willing to stock patterned material to customers' requirements, against call-off contracts.

We offer split single strips for slipper production.

These pages illustrate the moulded sole sheets which we offer as part of our EVALON range of EVA materials.

NOTE: The measurements given are approximate and are based on the mean dimensions expected if the sheets are moulded in AA outsole grade compound.

Softer, less hard wearing, compounds yield larger sheet sizes.

Small quantities or single sheets of the other styles shown are usually available from sample stock.

Stocks are usually held in Black or Brown. Other colours can be supplied on special order.
